TTPHIL- ALL TILT ™ Technique is innovative and is more reliable than traditional implant surgical techniques. The main concept behind this technique is that we place long and wide diameter implants where we take bi-cortical support (Basal Implantology) of the bone by using Two Piece Cortical Implant with Biolock Connection where the Implant and Abutment gets fused with No Screw loosening. They are Full Surface, Full Gold, Hybrid Surface for various Indications. The advantage in the 2 piece basal Cortical System there is no scope of Periimplantitis because we follow the 4mm rule with the platform switched Biolock Abutments. No bone grafts are used, It's a complete graftless and flapless solution. We place Pterygoid Implants to avoid Cantilevers and give a complete arch solution- 14 CAD CAM Permanent Ceramic teeth in one visit which is not possible with any other techniques in the world . The Immediate Loading is possible because we use longer Two Piece Cortical Design Implants where it has both OsseoIntegration, Osseodensification or Osseo Condensation  and Osseo Fixation advantage, because of which we achieve very high Stability and Implant Stability levels beyond 70NC Values which is not possible in any conventional or Single piece basal implants.
