• CYST FORMATION:

A cyst may develop around the crown of the tooth when it is enclosed in the jaw and cannot fully emerge. This can cause damage to not only the tooth but also the bone. When the cyst grows larger than 2 centimetres in diameter, you may notice:

• Swelling
• Tooth sensitivity
• Tooth displacement

If you look inside your mouth, you may also notice a small bump. If the cyst causes tooth displacement, you might also see gaps slowly forming between your teeth.

• CROWDING:

If there is not enough space in your jaw for the wisdom teeth to erupt, they come at a different angle causing your teeth to shift. Over time, this can change your existing beautiful, straight smile into one where teeth are crooked or unevenly spaced.
